On August 7, 2020, the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) extended the temporary waiver of the Notarization of Appraisers Requirements for Valuation of Transactions Related to Federal Agencies (FRT) below $ 1,000,000 for commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of North Dakota Year. The ASC reserves the right to terminate the waiver prior to August 7, 2021 if there is no longer a significant delay in the assessment.
