As a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the measures taken to contain it, the global economic landscape has changed dramatically. The pandemic has hit the economy and disrupted the feeling of normalcy in all aspects of people's work and lives. While COVID-19 has devastated hotel, office, and retail property assets, it has highlighted the persistence of the commercial property market and accelerated employment in e-commerce and warehousing.
