An office building next to Cedars-Sinai has traded hands for $ 7.2 million between two private investors. The 5,100-square-foot property currently has a mixed lease with office, medical, and retail. However, the new property provides for the property to be used for a doctor's office.
The property is located in 8741 Alden and is an independent bow truss building that was originally built in 1947.
NKFSenior Managing Directors Steven Salas and Daniel Chiprut represented the seller, a local family office, in the deal.
