Solera health has signed a lease in the Monroe building in downtown Phoenix, marking the medical technology company's further expansion. The company signed a lease for 11,000 square feet on the property, expanding its current 19,000 square feet in the building.
The company relocated its headquarters to downtown Phoenix last year. Since then, the company has raised $ 42 million in equity. The funds are intended to expand the network of community organizations and digital solutions for the treatment of chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes to more fully address the social and behavioral determinants of health.
Danny Swancey, a partner at ViaWest Group, brokered the leasing transaction.
