BKM Capital Partners acquired the Pacific Business Center in Henderson, Nevada for $ 111.3 million. The property, comprising 13 buildings, has a total area of ​​almost 900,000 square meters and is BKM's largest acquisition to date.

The property is located at 1045-1175 American Pacific Drive; 160-194 Gallagher Crest Road and 1060-1110 Mary Crest Road in Henderson. The property was built in the late 1990s but has received $ 12.4 million in capital improvements since 2010, including high quality HVAC and EVAP systems, LED lighting, upgraded office paints, and new exterior paints. Additionally, the asset offers world-class industrial features such as 24 to 28-inch clearance heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and new TPO roofs.
