ORLANDO, FL – Campus Advantage, an industry leader in student housing administration, consulting, and investment management, announced that Nvision Development, an Orlando-based full-service real estate development company, has been chosen to handle the rental and management of Orlando's newest student housing development , Vale East.
The 456 bed Orlando, Florida property expands the dormitory guide's growing portfolio of managed student housing communities and draws on the company's successful history of third-party management skills and services.
Vale East is currently under development near Valencia College's East campus and when completed will consist of three four-story buildings and include one, two, three and four bedroom units. All units will include hardwood floors, upgraded GE slate equipment, granite countertops, and individual pantries for each resident. In addition, each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. Amenities include an academically oriented clubhouse with work areas, private conference rooms, a coffee bar, an indoor and outdoor common room, an outdoor Zen garden, and 24-hour access to computers and printers. The highly appointed property will also feature a second recreational clubhouse that will include a resort style swimming pool and gazebo, fitness center, yoga studio, steam room, sauna, golf simulator, bowling alley, game room and self-service -Mini- includes. Vale East will be the first and only student housing project designed specifically for the Valencia College community.
