CHICAGO – Stan Johnson Company, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm focused solely on net rental transactions in retail, office, industrial, healthcare and sale-leaseback properties, has appointed Isaiah Harf as the regional director of the Chicago office of Company promoted.
Harf joined them Stan Johnson Co.. of Tulsa, OK, in October 2011 and focused on net rental property sales working with some of the most respected and trusted institutions in the country, private equity managers and dealer developers. The company reports that it has completed more than $ 1.5 billion in transactions.

Harf began his commercial real estate career with Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, selling residential properties on the south side of Chicago. From 2009 to 2011 he headed the disposition department at Foresite Realty Partners. In this role, Harf focused on the optimization and strategy of distressed assets in secondary and tertiary markets.
Harf holds a BS in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Stan Johnson reported earlier this week that the sale of 5152 Hillsdale Circle in El Dorado Hills, CA has been completed. The 17,500-square-foot single-tenant government building was built as a bespoke building for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. The lease is guaranteed by the United States of America.
Scott Briggs of Stan Johnson Co. was solely representing the seller, a California-based developer who sold the asset on July 18, 2019 for $ 6.75 million. The cap rate was not disclosed.
