Homes That Sold for Around $1 Million

Our survey of recent home sales in the New York City and vicinity focuses each week on homes that were sold for a certain price. This allows you to compare single-family homes, condominiums, and cooperatives in different regions.

The "list price" is the asking price when the property came on the market with the last realtor. Time in the market is measured from the last listing to the closing date of the sale.
