Air Reserve Base Trades Hands in IE

A 9.87 acre site that the March Air Reserve exchanged hands between in the Inland Empire Circle development and the Carson Cos. The buyer plans to develop a 210,000 square foot industrial facility on the site, which will begin construction this month.

The development site is fully authorized for the 210,000 square meter industrial warehouse. The project is scheduled for delivery in mid-2020. It will have a minimum height of 32 feet [warehouse height], 34 dock height doors, 2000 amps of power, an ESFR sprinkler system, a 7 foot plate, and LED warehouse lighting.
