SOUTH FLORIDA– –Walker & Dunlop has expanded its sales platform for multi-family investments to include managing directors Still Hunter III and Kaya Suarez. You will join the Greater Florida multi-family investment sales team that includes Orlando General Manager Brian Moulder and Director Chris Chadbourne, General Manager Dhavel Patel and Senior Director Bobby Gatling in Jacksonville, and General Manager Sean Williams of Tampa.
Hunter and Suarez will be responsible for creating and executing multi-family home sales in South Florida.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, they were part of CBRE's Capital Markets group, where they were responsible for marketing and selling multi-family homes across South Florida. Hunter co-led CBRE's South Florida multi-Florida investment sales team and brings over 20 years of experience to the platform. He has completed transactions of more than 85,000 units and nearly $ 10 billion over the course of his career.
