Colonial capital sold an industrial portfolio of four properties for $ 105 million Lincoln Property Co. The portfolio is located in the Inland Empire West. It was marketed individually but sold to a buyer due to the strength of the market and individual assets.
The four properties are located at 11600 Millennium Court in Rancho Cucamonga. 8250 Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga; 4850 East Airport Drive in Ontario and 9160 Buffalo Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. Together, the four properties total 745,580 square meters and are 100% leased to five tenants, including XT, Green, Carpenter Technology Corp., Pinole Valley Trucking, THMX Holdings and ConAgra Foods.
