Omega Cinema Props, a prop house, has rented a 250,000-square-foot, multi-story industrial facility in downtown Los Angeles from Rexford Industrial. The 10-year lease transaction is valued at $ 27 million. Omega will move from its current Hollywood location to the new DTLA property in December.
The three story industrial area is located at 1515 E. 15th Street and has an underground parking lot. It has 10 dock high doors and full air conditioning for the first and second floors.
