Mark IV Capital has acquired the Crossroads Commerce Center, a mixed-use industrial and commercial property in Fernley, Nevada. The property is 4,300 hectares in an opportunity zone. Mark IV is planning a so-called “transformative” master-planned development that has been renamed the Victory Logistics District.
Mark IV purchased the property from New Nevada Resources in partnership with Heath Rushing. Investors will transform the property into a Class A distribution, manufacturing and trading center.
Brett Edwards and Rex Massey from CBRE represented the buyers in the transaction. Ross PfautzMark IV, Vice President of Development and Asset Management, will oversee the transaction.
