The cooperating market could run into trouble. While the cooperating operators have grown rapidly in recent years due to the huge demand, office managers now believe that the cooperating market is now or on the way to becoming oversaturated. In an office survey by Real capital marketsHalf of all respondents stated that the cooperating industry was exposed to a moderate level of risk, and 37% stated that this posed a large potential risk and showed the first signs of oversaturation. Only 4% of respondents said the collaboration niche has no risk at all.
