Mesa based Bela Flor acquired 70 acre development site in Mesa, Arizona for $ 12.7 million from a company of Prudential. The buyer plans to build high density retail, residential, office, medical and hospitality businesses on the site.
Located on Signal Butte Road NWC and US 60, the property was originally intended for a Target development with a mix of retail space and small shops. It has since been repositioned for mixed use. It covers a half mile US 60 front with a full diamond swap.
