Oak Coast properties completed one of the largest deals in the Denver market since the beginning of the year. The company sold the Pembrooke with 959 units in the Denver Green Apartments for $ 163 million after completing its value-added business plan. The company bought the asset in 2019 and invested $ 1.9 million in renovations.
