The Gilbane Development Company's new and existing student housing portfolio was 97% occupied as of August 2020.
In addition, Gilbane Development was selected as the trusted developer for more than 2,500 beds on campus and secured over $ 300 million in funding for new student housing developments in 2019 and 2020.
