LMC Announces Start of Preleasing at 363-Unit Taylor Heights Midrise Apartment Community Northwest of Downtown Houston, Texas

HOUSTON, TEXAS – LMC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a leader in residential development and management, announced the start of pre-letting operations at Taylor Heights, a modern residential community northwest of downtown Houston.

The four-story Midrise community, with 363 condos, designer finishes, and world-class amenities, is located on Taylor Street just south of Interstate 10 in the greater Houston Heights area. Initial moves are expected this fall in Taylor Heights, which offers virtual leasing options.

Taylor Heights offers studio, one, and two-bedroom homes ranging from 595 to 1,425 square feet.
