PORTLAND, OR – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multi-family developer and operator specializing in world-class residential communities in the United States, has announced leasing and relocation work in Modera Akoya, a luxury mixed-use community on the southwestern edge of the eclectic pearl be carried out circle.

The technology package includes keyless entry, programmable Honeywell thermostats, Wi-Fi calling across the community and intelligent lighting controls. All of these technology functions can be used by the residents via an app or an Alexa-enabled device via voice control. The community also offers virtual and self-guided tours and online leasing options to enable a contactless leasing and moving-in experience.
At 1430 Northwest Hoyt Street, residents have walking access to a variety of attractions in the eclectic Pearl District, including indie boutiques, cutting-edge restaurants, breweries and artisan cafes.
