Della Rosa is a two- and three-story new building that replaces a previously damaged shopping center. At a time when both the City of Westminster and County Orange are experiencing an epidemic that continues to increase the population of the homeless, this new community serves to ease the pressure.
James Silverwood, President of Affirmed Housing said, “This development is ingenuity at its best and a wonderful example of a successful partnership between public and private organizations. I am proud of the product I have produced and even more proud of having created homes for those in need. "
