Where Are Retail Rents Heading?

On the coming election day, voters in San Diego will decide on a local action that could support the development of affordable housing. Measure A is a $ 900 million home loan that is funded through increased property taxes for homeowners. If passed, it would fund the construction of up to 7,500 units in affordable units for the homeless or homeless. To pass, the measure must be approved by two-thirds of voters.
