PORT WASHINGTON, NY – BEB Capital has named Art Jimenez Jr. as Director of Property Management. Jimenez, who has extensive real estate development, construction and asset management experience, served as a controller at the mega-development of Hudson Yards in Manhattan from 2015 to 2018, overseeing construction projects valued at approximately $ 23 billion.
Other previous positions included senior vice president of the Phoenix Realty Group, CFO of NRS Construction and Facilities Management, and development manager at Kimco Realty Corp., a real estate investment trust. Most recently he ran his own consulting business.
"Given Art's extensive leadership experience in nearly every area of the real estate industry, his primary role is to ensure an institutional level of real estate and asset management, with a particular focus on our warehouse and logistics portfolio," said Lee Brodsky, BEB Capital CEO.
Jimenez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from the Lubin School of Business Management at Pace University. He is aiming for a Masters at New York University.
Jimenez is from Nassau County and currently resides in Bethpage with his family. He is the founder of the Asset Management Association, a 15-year-old organization that serves as an international forum for asset managers. He is also an elder in the Experience Church in Bethpage.
