Bell Partners Acquires Two Apartment Communities to Create Combined 270-Unit Bell at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Florida

BOCA RATON, FL – Bell Partners Inc., a leading US home investment and management firm, announced that it has acquired The Cade and The Lumin, two shared apartments in Boca Raton, Florida, on behalf of its Fund VII investors Has. The two neighboring properties will be merged into a single parish to form Bell at Broken Sound. This is the 8th ward Bell Partners owns in South Florida.

The Bell at Broken Sound is located in Park at Broken Sound, a 700 acre commercial, residential and hospitality hub.
