DALLAS, TX – Gardner Capital, a family-owned private equity firm specializing in apartment building and renewable energy development and investment, recently launched the construction of an affordable senior citizen community, Arbor at Cotton Grove, in Lexington, North Carolina , completed. The 80-unit, garden-style apartment is located on the south side of Fritts Street and will also serve residents with disabilities.
The development was made possible through a combination of several financial and other partners including Stratford Capital, the Churchill Stateside Group and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.

Excel Property Management will serve as the on-site property manager for Arbor in Cotton Grove at 7 Fritts St. in Lexington and is currently rented out.
