Venterra Development Division Expands 312-Unit Silverbrooke Apartment Community in Stafford, Texas to Meet Growing Demand

HOUSTON, TX – The Venterra Development Division is currently overseeing the construction of two buildings and is adding 48 homes to Silverbrooke, a property in Stafford, Texas.

In January Venterra Realty laid the foundation stone for this expansion project, using the four acre space between Silverbrooke and its sister property, Shadowbrooke, to begin construction on two new structures. Since no land purchase was required, Venterra can offer attractive returns to lower risk investors. The newly constructed buildings will be adapted to the existing structures in order to maintain a uniform aesthetic within the community. The on-site management team is currently pre-renting the apartments, which are scheduled for completion in January 2021.

Silverbrooke is a Class A garden style property built in 2007 with 312 original units. The property is located at 1020 Brand Lane in Stafford, TX, approximately 2 miles from Highway 59 and 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston.

The 48 new apartments, which consist of one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus one-bedroom office space, are between 750 and 1,113 square feet. Rents start between $ 1,240 and $ 1,620 per month. Each new apartment features stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, vinyl floors with wooden planks, oversized closets, and first-floor apartments have fenced-in courtyards. These new apartments are also equipped with SMARTHOME functions with which the residents can unlock their front door and control their thermostat via an app on their smartphone. In addition to the new buildings, new amenities have also been added: a covered playground, covered seating areas and a large dog park to complement the existing swimming pool and fitness center.
