SAGINAW, TX – SilverPoint Senior Living, a senior living management company, and Journey Capital, a senior housing development company, have broken new ground with Edition Senior Living, a new community for independent living, assisted living, and memory maintenance by Saginaw , Texas.
The development will offer 93 senior residences on 6.12 hectares. With 22 independent residences, 54 assisted living units and 19 memory maintenance units, this will be the first assisted living and memory maintenance community in Saginaw town.
This is the fourth collaboration and partnership between SilverPoint and Journey Capital.
