Mission Rock Residential Selected to Manage Summit at Flatirons Luxury Apartment Community in Broomfield Submarket of Denver

DENVER, CO – Mission Rock Residential, a Denver-based national multi-family real estate management company, continues to expand its presence in Colorado and announce a new management contract for the Summit at Flatirons Apartment Community. The company, formerly known as the Bell Summit at Flatirons, has received an agreement to manage the apartment community from its new owner, Treeline Multifamily Partners.

"This community has a prime location in the Denver and Boulder metropolitan area. We are excited to bring our Mission Rock standards to our hometown residents," said Patricia Hutchison, president of Mission Rock Residential. "Our growing collaboration with Treeline Partners shows our strong focus on values and building multi-family communities. We look forward to expanding our partnership at this new location."

The 500 homes in the Summit at Flatirons have recently been expanded to include gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, large pantries, large washers and dryers, garden tubs, spacious walk-in closets, private patios or balconies. One, two and three-room apartments are offered in this community, each with well-equipped surfaces and generous floor plans.

The community also offers state-of-the-art amenities such as a saltwater pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center with on-demand classes, two on-site dog parks, a movie room, and a business center. The central pool area offers an outdoor fireplace and extensive BBQ area surrounded by lush landscaping. Views of the nearby Rocky Mountains dominate the entire community's skyline.

Conveniently located halfway between Denver and Boulder, the Summit at Flatirons is a great option for residents with jobs in both cities. The nearby Flatiron Crossing shopping district offers great shopping, dining, and nightlife options.

The Denver metropolitan area has seen remarkable growth over the past 15 years and continues to see high demand for off-the-shelf living options in the area. Between the move of new companies to the region and the high demand for a mountain-friendly lifestyle, new residents continue to move to the region.
