ATLANTA, GA – South Florida real estate company PointOne Holdings has teamed up with Atlanta Brand features Development of a class A multi-family residential community in Lawrenceville, a high-growth suburb of Metro Atlanta.
Plainview Sugar Loaf It is a 4- and 5-storey luxury residential community with 312 residential units, 5 residential buildings and a clubhouse on an area of approximately 14.4 hectares. The community will benefit from traffic in excess of 35,000 vehicles per day, conveniently located within one mile of Interstate 85 and over 200,000 jobs in Gwinnett County Corridor I-85. The property is adjacent to Sugarloaf Mills Mall and adjacent to high-end homes with access to some of the strongest schools in Atlanta.
The community will include a resort-style saltwater pool with a spacious pool deck with pergolas and barbecue areas, a fully equipped fitness center, a large co-working / business center with a cyber café and a dog park with dog washing facilities. The condos have 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, and walk-in closets.
The joint venture recently completed the acquisition and financing of the project. Construction will start shortly. The first units will be delivered in the second quarter of 2022.
