ATLANTA, GA – FCP announced the acquisition of Brookview Apartments, a 216-unit residential community in Douglasville, GA, valued at $ 20.0 million. The acquisition marks FCP's 19th investment in Atlanta and the company's third investment in the Douglasville submarket.
"Brookview fits well into FCP's growing West Atlanta portfolio, which has added eight assets since 2019," said Michael Errichetti of FCP. Errichetti continued, "The property is close to West Atlanta's major industrial and logistics market, which has seen tremendous growth in recent years."
The community is located at 8460 Hospital Drive in Douglasville, minutes from FCP's Stewarts Mill and Place at Midway. The community has family-friendly one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as community facilities such as a BBQ area, dog park, playground, pool, and business center. Residents have access to a handful of retail stores in the immediate vicinity, including a walk-in Kroger across the street.
