The quarterly market study for commercial real estate in the fourth quarter of 2020 by REALTORS® shows that the commercial real estate market continues to recover, but that sales, leasing and construction activity are still below the previous year's level. The recovery also remains uneven, with investor interest in land, apartment buildings and industrial real estate being stronger than in hotels, retail and office real estate. REALTORS® typically operate in the small commercial market (real estate valued less than $ 2.5 million).
