West Shore Makes Significant Multifamily Acquisitions Totaling 892-Units to Propel the Company's Growth in Three Key Markets

BOSTON, MA – West Shore LLC, a fully integrated multi-family real estate investment firm, announced the acquisition of three new properties: the 276-unit mark in Chatham, Savannah, Georgia; the 500 East Apartments with 301 units in Daytona Beach, Florida; and the 315-unit Broadstone Lake Walk in College Station, Texas. The company completed the acquisitions of all three assets on December 30, 2020. With these acquisitions, West Shore now owns and operates 30 shared apartments with 9,491 residential units valued at well over $ 1.5 billion.

The Mark at Chatham at 1475 Chatham Parkway in Savannah, Georgia is an apartment building minutes from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and close to historic downtown Savannah and Savannah's largest employers . The units in this brand new community are outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and designer surfaces. Extensive amenities include a saltwater resort style swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, play areas, fire pits, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and bike rooms, and a private pond.
