LOS ANGELES, CA – Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced that the sale and financing of OLiVE DTLA, a 293-unit Class A apartment building, was completed in 2016.
The seven-story building is located in the vibrant South Park neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. It provides direct access to entertainment centers like L.A. Live, the Staples Center, the Microsoft Theater, and the Novo.
Blake Rogers of Walker & Dunlop, Alexandra Caniglia, Hunter Combs, Javier Rivera and Kevin Sheehan represented the property. Justin Nelson and Allan Edelson worked with the sales team to arrange acquisition financing on behalf of buyer Waterton.
