Bell Partners Expands West Coast Presence with Acquisition of Windsor at Redwood Creek in Bay Area of Rohnert Park, California

ROHNERT PARK, CA – Bell Partners, a leading US home investment and management company, announced that it has acquired Windsor on Redwood Creek, a 232-unit community in Rohnert Park, California. The property acquired on behalf of the company's Fund VII investors will be renamed Bell Rohnert Park.

The acquisition represents the second Bell Partners-owned community in the Bay Area and the second West Coast acquisition in 2021 that will continue the company's expansion in the region. Including Bell Rohnert Park, Bell Partners owns and / or manages over 1,600 residential units in eight properties in the West Coast markets, including the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Seattle.

Built in 2005, Bell Rohnert Park is located in the Sonoma County wine region and close to cultural and employment centers in the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, and Silicon Valley. The community is on the west side of Rohnert Park, within walking distance of a neighborhood of major retailers like Target, FoodMaxx, and PetSmart, as well as a variety of local dining and entertainment options.

Sonoma County offers residents of Bell Rohnert Park a varied landscape that stretches from the vineyards of the Sonoma Valley to the redwood forests and the Pacific Ocean and with its 50 regional parks, 11 state parks and hundreds of miles of hiking trails a variety of recreational opportunities in the Outdoor offers and over 62,000 acres of vineyards, including more than 400 wineries.

The community extends over 12.3 acres and features a resort-style swimming pool and spa with poolside dining and gas grills, a clubhouse, fitness center, lounge, playground, dog park, and detached garages. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in all units, walk-in closets, a private balcony or patio. Select units have fireplaces. Bell Partners closely follows the guidelines of local, state, and federal health authorities regarding the operation and cleanliness of community facilities.

Bell Rohnert Park has also received the Green Globes® Multifamily for the certification of existing buildings.
