ATLANTA, GA – Frankforter Group has acquired Garden Walk Apartments, a class B shared apartment in Atlanta. The property consists of 240 rental apartments in Williamsburg Park, a few miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, a submarket that has seen strong fundamental trends since 2014.
The 29-acre property offers excellent access to many of Atlanta's major employment centers, business drivers and retail centers.
Frankforter Group will invest over $ 2 million in property enhancements, including common area amenities such as an outdoor pool. B. an automated locker system, upgrades of the clubhouse, renovation of the pool area and redesign of the sports fields.
