Brian Eisendrath, Annie Rice and Samantha Jay of CBRE Capital Markets have provided senior loan financing for Freddie Mac. David Mitchell with Newmark was the broker. James D & # 39; Argenio and Chang Liu sourced and managed the acquisition for Bascom.
