BROOKLYN, NY – CIM Group announced completion of construction of 111 Montgomery, the first newly constructed full-service luxury condominium in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood. 111 Montgomery has officially started unit closings, welcoming the first residents of the 12-story 163-unit building, which offers a range of floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. CIM developed 111 Montgomery together with LIVWRK.
111 Montgomery is in a culturally rich neighborhood adjacent to the 52-acre Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park, also known for its scenic gardens, and the nearby Brooklyn Museum. The building is inspired by these natural surroundings and offers a feeling of living indoors and outdoors with many residential units with their own balcony or terrace as well as a roof terrace with a fully landscaped terrace with grills, tables, benches and open-air lounges with a view of the Manhattan skyline.
Oversized windows add a modern context and offer plenty of light. Many homes have views of Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The brick exterior complements the surrounding historic district. The building's facilities also include a lively lobby with a concierge, on-site parking, a guest lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children's playroom and a large bicycle storage room.
"With 111 Montgomery, CIM Group used its expertise in owning, operating and developing projects to improve the developing Crown Heights neighborhood and provide New Yorkers with attractive home ownership options," said Jason Schreiber, Principal, Investments, CIM Group.
For over a decade, CIM has owned, operated, developed, and leased New York City real estate. Properties include 432 Park Avenue condos, 11 Madison office buildings, 15 William condos, 1440 Broadway office buildings, and 16 court office buildings, The Dominick Hotel, and the Front & York residential and retail property in DUMBO.
