ARLINGTON, VA – AHC Inc, one of the largest mixed income apartment developers in the region, has selected Drucker + Falk to manage Serrano Apartments, a 280-unit high-rise located on Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA.
Serrano was built in 1963 and taken over by AHC in 2015. It has some of the largest and most unique floor plans on the market and has long been an integral part of the Arlington Heights neighborhood, which is currently undergoing major urban renewal and redevelopment.

Andrew Chisholm, Multiple Family Director at Drucker + Falk, and Sabrina Gendreau, Regional Property Manager, will oversee the property and work directly with the Serrano site team and AHC Inc.
