The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board must enable the direct delivery of specialty wines. The state's Supreme Court has ruled after a dispute over whether bottles must be passed through state agencies first before they can get to customers.
The Supreme Court issued a one-sentence order Thursday confirming a ruling by Commonwealth Court Judge Fr Kevin Brobson, who found the agency were making changes to the alcohol code that require wine specialists to sell their products directly to customers, has not properly implemented instead of first routing them through the liquor board facilities.
