TAMARAC, FL – FCP announces $ 8.6 million in preferred equity development for Eden West Apartments, a 212-unit apartment building in the town of Tamarac, Broward County, FL. The project is a joint venture between the developers Eden Multifamily (Eden) and Cypress Equity Investments (CEI). The investment marks the 15th FCP in Florida.

Eden West is on the northeast corner of W. McNab and Pine Island Streets in the fast-growing city of Tamarac. The development comprises 212 Class A apartment units in four-story buildings with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, saltwater pool, dog park and barbecue area. Residents enjoy proximity to the Sawgrass Expressway and Florida Turnpike, and easy access to numerous job centers across the area.
