Bell Partners Completes Acquisition of 260-Unit Century Plantation Pointe Apartment Community in Mooresville, North Carolina

GREENSBORO, NC – Bell Partners, a leading US home investment and management firm, has acquired Century Plantation Pointe, a 260-unit community in Mooresville, NC, renamed Bell Lake Norman, becomes the 79th property to be Bell Partners currently owns or manages in his home state of North Carolina.

Bell Lake Norman was built in 2014 and is a garden style apartment community located along the I-77 corridor. The community gives residents access to several major employment centers including Uptown Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson. Over the past decade, Mooresville has seen its economy diversified and its major industries expanding, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, logistics and distribution, information technology, and agriculture. Major employers near the community include Lake Norman Medical Center, NGK Ceramics USA, BestCo, Pactiv Corporation, and Lowe's corporate headquarters.
