A jury turned down a woman who had broken her spine while shopping in a Target store in Naples.
On November 18, 2018, 77-year-old plaintiff Benigna Boyle and her daughter-in-law went shopping at a supermarket on 2415 Tarpon Bay Blvd. in Naples. While Boyle was inspecting goods, she was hit by a box that had fallen from a nearby cart used by one or more of the inventory staff. Boyle fell claiming she sustained back injuries.
