Bell Partners Adds to Its Charlotte Portfolio with Acquisition of 266-Unit Bell Riverbend Village Apartments in North Carolina

CHARLOTTE, NC – Bell Partners, a leading residential investment and management company in the country, has acquired Riverbend Apartments, a 266-unit apartment complex in Charlotte, NC. The property, acquired on behalf of the Company's Fund VII investors, is renamed Bell Riverbend Village and is the 80th community administered by Bell Partners in their home state of North Carolina.

Bell Riverbend Village's location provides residents with a balance between connectivity, pedestrian-friendliness, and proximity to work and entertainment centers. The community is nestled in Charlottes Riverbend Village, a mixed-use development with 185,000 square feet of retail space and 370,000 square feet of office space. The development is also home to major employers in the area, including the headquarters of Corning Optical Communications and Novant Health's proposed 250,000-square-foot medical campus, which will include a full-service hospital and several medical office buildings.
