The complaint filed by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe on behalf of clothing retailer AdoreMe Inc. alleges that the Savage X "Adore Us" advertising campaign is confusingly similar to AdoreMe's branding. No lawyer has yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2: 21-cv-05144, AdoreMe Inc. v Lavender Lingerie LLC dba Savage X Fenty.
