ATLANTA, GA – Viking Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of 23Thirty Cobb, a 222-unit residential complex in Smyrna, Georgia, Atlanta MSA. The property is just 1 mile from Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, and has been acquired by institutional owners.
"With the acquisition of 23Thirty Cobb, Viking Capital is adding another East Cobb / Smyrna asset to our portfolio," said Vikram Raya, CEO of Viking Capital.
