Gardner Capital Announces Funding From Its Impact Fund to Support EV Adoption for Second Multifamily Development in Houston Area

HOUSTON, TX – Gardner Capital, a private equity firm specializing in apartment buildings and renewable energy, announced that the GCRE Impact Fund will provide funding to help introduce electric vehicles (EV) to its newest apartment building, Jubilee at Texas Parkway support Missouri City, Texas.

Soft funding from the GCRE Impact Fund will pay for the installation of EV charging stations in the new community. It will also give tenants access to charging electric vehicles at significantly reduced prices.

"Jubilee at Texas Parkway residents will soon have access to fast, reliable, on-site EV charging points," said Amy Dosen, managing director of capital markets at Gardner Capital. “We are pleased to offer this to our valued residents and to promote the introduction of electric vehicles in our community. The soft financing from the GCRE Impact Fund enables us to offer our residents considerable savings on charging fees for electric vehicles. "

Jubilee at Texas Parkway is located at 3302 Texas Pkwy, Missouri City, Texas and is a garden-style gated community for residents 55 and over. The development includes one and two-room apartments and has a total of 82 units. Amenities include a multi-purpose common room, fitness and wellness center, and cyber lounge, plus covered verandas and a resort-style pool with water features.

The development was made possible by several financial and other partners, including Citibank. Jubilee at Texas Parkway property management services are provided by Seldin.
