Walmart and Nestle USA were hit Thursday in the Florida Southern District Court by a fraudulent advertising and labeling class action suit over Nestle's Coffee Mate Original Powdered Coffee Creamer. The lawsuit alleging that the product does not contain more than 500 servings as advertised on the label was filed by the Southern Atlantic Law Group; the Howard W. Rubinstein law firm and the L. DeWayne Layfield law firm. No legal counsel has yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0: 21-cv-61443, Yonan v. Walmart et al.
