CENTENNIAL, CO – Embrey has completed the purchase of its land for Hensley at The District, a 304-unit, multi-family community project with mountain views to the west, walking neighborhood and easy access to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
The project is a wrap-style six story multi-family project that will help create a pedestrian-oriented boardwalk within The District, an emerging mixed-use community being developed by Brue Baukol Capital Partners. Embrey acquired its property from Brue Baukol Capital Partners, a Denver-based company.
"We are known for creating places people want to be. This is a beautiful website and we are excited to bring our unique development style and skills to the Centennial community," said Jimmy McCloskey, executive vice president of development at Embrey. "Residents will enjoy premium living with luxurious amenities and many lifestyle options."
The location is adjacent to the RTD Dry Creek light rail station and is close to I-25 for easy access to the Denver subway area.
The first units and the clubhouse are expected to be available in the first quarter of 2024 and the project will be completed later this year.
Amenities include a clubhouse with games room and a business center with micro offices and a conference room. Outdoor BBQ areas, multiple fireplaces, and a leafy courtyard compliment a resort-style pool. The property will have a sports lounge and top floor, a state-of-the-art gym with on-demand technology, a yoga room and a dog spa. A parcel room, a lift and a structured parking garage are available to residents.
The interior will have 9 to 12 foot ceilings depending on the unit chosen. High-end kitchens will feature quartz worktops, counter-depth side-by-side fridges, custom-made cabinets with designer handles, stainless steel appliances, vanity lighting and improved vanity sinks. The bathrooms have upgraded undermount sinks, bathtubs and walk-in showers in selected units. There are hardwood floors and plush carpets everywhere, linen cupboards, and walk-in closets with built-in shelves and designer makeup mirrors.
