A talcum powder trial in which Johnson & Johnson was found earlier this week for disobeying the court has ended with a defense ruling.
The judgment of an Illinois jury on Friday comes in the first hearing since the COVID-19 pandemic closed the courthouses, alleging Johnson & Johnson's baby powder caused ovarian cancer.
