NASHVILLE, TN – CIM Group announced the sale of Stacks on Main, a five-story, 268-unit apartment building in Nashville, Tennessee.
In August 2017, the CIM Group acquired Stacks on Main. Since then, the property has benefited from the experience of the CIM Group as a community-oriented owner and operator.
Originally built in 2016, the 200,000-square-foot property at 535 Main Street features one- and two-bedroom floor plans and 377 parking spaces in East Nashville, a historic neighborhood known for its art and local music.
