DALLAS (August 18, 2021) – The National Association of Realtors® has announced Feather as the winner of the third annual Pitch Battle competition at this year's Innovation, Opportunity & Investment (iOi) Summit 2021 in Dallas, Texas.
Feather is a next-generation furniture and home accessories rental service that enables people to find elegant furniture quickly, with no upfront costs or the involvement of traditional retailers.
Second Century Ventures, NAR's strategic investment arm, hosted the pitch battle at the two-day event, attended by twelve finalists from the US and UK, each focused on developing innovative tools for the commercial and residential real estate marketplaces.

Feather was able to outperform the finalists' competition by arguing in her pitch that her product would help homes by offering a sustainable furniture and home décor rental service model that allows clients to change their style, budget, or theirs Changing furnishing needs in an affordable way. Jay Reno presented for Feather both to a live audience of over 400 conference attendees and to a live stream audience of thousands. He found that Feather's unique solution allows Realtors® and their clients not only to stage and sell faster, but also to live and enjoy their homes while reducing waste.
As the winner of the Pitch Battle 2021, Feather has secured a stand at the Realtors® Conference & Expo 2021 in November.
